We are the San Fernando Valley's ONLY hardcore gym. With 2 National and World Masters Powerlifting Champions and several State Champions training here, along with the comraderie of all the members, your power training goals can be met, with results (like a PR or 3) worth boasting about.
Besides Powerlifting, we have ALL kinds of equipment for Olympic lifting, Strongman, Grip Strength, Functional Training, and even an Arm Wrestling table. Plus all the Powerlifting, Strongman, and MMA video you can take. Along the blaring classic rock music, how can you NOT lift at your best?
If strength still isn't quite your "bag" but need a place to train seriously, without the distactions, then give us a call. Bodybuilders, football players and other sport-specific athletes, MMA and Crossfit athletes, fitness buffs, and "just wanna get in shape" athletes can find what they need here.
At our gym there's all kinds of strength equipment, in addition to the powerlifting inventory you'll find on our POWERLIFTING page.

Out of town strength athletes are welcome, just give a call!
We also conduct various strength competitions here at The Power Palace, many are open to any and all strength athletes, while on occasion we close the contests to members only.
The Power Palace has been the site for MANY outstanding feats of strength, such as veteran strongman Odd Haugen's 454 lbs on the Apollons Axle DL (overhand grip) and 252 lbs on the IRONMIND Rolling Thunder, Mike O'Hearn (aka 'Titan' of American Gladiator fame) squatting 600 and DLing 650 without a belt (with a 1725 RAW total), and Ryan Klein (an 800+ DL'er) exceeding the WR in the V-Bar with 386 lbs. Or who can forget young Adam Demnowicz with a WR 85.5 lbs with the IRONMIND Hub, Bob Evans BPing 440 lbs at 62 years of age, Kevin Bussi closing the 3.5 COC, Mike Gillert's 330 lb Log Lift, or Bob Speno's 190 lb StrictCurl...
